Вам нужно уточнять там где продлевали. Вообще лучше это делать чуть заранее. Чтобы дата просто изменилась и не останавливался просмотр.
Может вам не продлили. Нужно на сайте смотреть. А рес должен подтянуть данные из интернета.

I pay 25€ on AliExpress , renew server sp1 for europe , the subscription is updated on the official web, i reset the receiver , conected to the server but closed channels , only way is downgrade to a firmware with 1.36 forever.
The server is more estable than all cccam lines.

Need upgrade , the renew subscriptions do not work with forever 1.37.

Same problem with a integral sat 1412 rocket , renew forever subscription  ,  coneccted to the server on green and date updated but chanels closed , downgrade with a firmware downloaded on this web with forever 1.36 and chanels open .
