i had a similar problem. the usb socket of this receiver is very weak and the contact is poor. i had to clean it with isopropyl alcohol and then it became better.

У меня 1412 тоже флешку Transcend ntfs не видит, надо пробывать  JetFlash Online Recovery может за работает
